Position Title: Lead Guest Experience Pastor

Reports To: Executive Pastor
Status: Full Time - Exempt
Position Summary:
The Guest Experience Pastor is a Central Support role supporting all campuses and will be responsible for championing and executing the ministry areas of Guest Experience (Parking, New Here, Greeters, Ushers, Café/Hospitality, and Information Central. They will be visionary and strategic in coaching staff and processes across ministries and campuses as well as creating opportunities and programs to reach those not yet a part of Central and help those that call Central home to take their next step in serving.
While this is a Central position, the Lead Guest Experience Pastor will provide coaching and direction in how we execute everything in the area of Guest Experience effectively across all campuses. This individual must fit within our collaborative culture, build teams of team members, team leaders, and coaches, and build teams that represents the campus and the community in areas of gender, ethnicity, and age. Our staff do not do ministry. As outlined in Ephesians 4:12, our job is not to do ministry but to “equip the saints to do the work of the ministry.” We do this through building serving teams. Our serving teams include team members, team leaders, and coaches. We also provide leadership to our teams as we Invite, Equip, and Engage those serving in Guest Experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Central’s Guest Experience ministry & oversees the serving processes throughout Central.
- Lead the serving process and how the campuses Invite, Equip, and Engage people in serving across campuses and ministries.
- Provide accountability for Guest Experience budgets at campuses as well as establish and oversee the Central Guest Experience budget
- Coach Campus Guest Experience Pastors regularly
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Have minimum three years of ministry experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in applied area
- Recent leadership experience of leading leaders
- Proven leadership experience in project management
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Have recent team building and team leadership experience in a pastoral environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Be an innovator while executing daily tasks with excellence
- Have an eye for designing inviting environments
- Must show evidence of multi-generational cultural awareness and ministry experience

Physical Requirements:

The employee must occasionally lift or move up to twenty-five pounds.
